Invitations: Due to restricted numbers at the venue we have had to make the following arrangements.
Please note that if your invitation states "The George Lyons Room" you will be witnessing our wedding up close and personal in the ceremony room.
If your invitation states "The Main Hall" you will be witnessing the ceremony on our live video link in the Main Hall, adjacent to the ceremony room.
Please either bring your invitation with you or remember your room, there will be someone on hand to show you where to go.

Timings: The ceremony begins at 2pm but we would be grateful if you could arrive by 1.30pm at the latest.

Confetti: Confetti will be provided at the main door after the ceremony.

Footwear: Please be aware that neither stilettos nor shoes with pointed heels are allowed in the venue.

Food: Our menu will have a vegetarian option but if you have a food allergy or any dietary restrictions please let us know as soon as possible so that we can inform the caterer.

Bar: There will be a small pay bar, serving wines, beer and soft drinks, which will open in the evening for your use.

Smoking: Hatton Village Hall has a strict no smoking policy. Should you wish to smoke you may do so outside.

Parking: Parking is slightly limited at the venue so if you can car share please do so.

Taxis: If you wish to drink alcohol at our wedding or don't wish to drive we have provided alternative transport information for you below:

**Please note that Hatton Village Hall is somewhat isolated. You may, therefore, wish to book a taxi before you come. (The hall must be vacated by 11.30pm)

Trains: The nearest railway station is Warwick Parkway, which is 2¼ miles from Hatton Village Hall.

As we want our wedding day to be a little different we have decided to call on the talents of our lovely guests and hope that you will all enter into the spirit of making this a fun day.

So, if you have a great party piece, a song you can sing, play an instrument, do a dance, tell a story or jokes we'd love you to join in.
